The Hawks took another step closer to returning to the State Final Four with a 1-0 win over the visiting Chaffey Panthers. Ashley Roskelly was the only name on the score-sheet in a tight contest between two good teams.
 
SCC dominated the opening period, but could not make the break-through until just before half-time. In the second period, the SCC back-line defended well, as the Hawks looked to add to their lead. Arianna Radilla was rarely troubled in goal, but made one fine stop to keep the clean-sheet.
 
Up next, the Hawks host Santa Barbara City College on Saturday, November 30th at 2pm. Thanks to all those in attendance, particularly the 2018 alumni who came out to support the team today.
