Cross Country Competes at Biola Invitational
The Santiago Canyon College men's and women's cross country teams traveled to Fullerton last Friday morning to compete in the Biola Invitational against eight community colleges and eight, four-year universities.
Pacing the pack for the men's team was freshman Jack Nygren. He clocked in a time of 27:27 to land him in 82nd place. Sophomore Trevor Wong followed in 126th place with a mark of 31:04.
The women's side was comprised of freshman duo Tiffany Easter and Brittany Roque. Easter placed 102nd with a time of 22:16, while Roque followed in 133rd place with a mark of 29:21.
