Hawks Drop OEC Game

The Santiago Canyon College Softball Team dropped an OEC game to Santa Ana College 3-0 on Friday. The loss brings their overall record to 15-3 and their conference record to 6-2 at the completion of the first round of play.
Stella Turner held the Dons to just 4 hits while striking out 5 over the 7 innings of work. In the 2nd inning, Turner struck out the side.
The Hawks potent offense went quiet on Friday. They were held to just 2 hits including a double from Alexandra Molina.
SCC will return to action on Wednesday at Golden West College. The game is scheduled for 3:00pm.
